Why I integrated healthy recipes into my daily life

Welcome to Wander Culinaire!

My name is Matthias Stuber, and I am a Chef, Nutritionist, Author, Foodie. I have always had a passion for cooking and exploring new flavors, which has led me on a culinary journey around the world.

As a Chef, I have worked in some of the most renowned restaurants and hotels, honing my skills and refining my craft. I believe that food should be enjoyed and celebrated. And I am committed to creating dishes that are both delicious and healthy. I made my experience in international luxury hotels like The Ritz-Carlton and Kempinski and Michelin-star restaurants in almost the entire world. Creating healthy recipes, to improve my lifestyle was by far not my focus at this time.

Years later, at the beginning of my thirties, I realized that I was continuously tired and exhausted. Moving further, it was more than that, my blood results were shocking. My cholesterol was high, and my doctor put me on a strict diet and wanted to give me medication. Additionally, he made me very much aware of a potential heart attack if his suggestions would further ignored.

One year, a few books about nutrition, intermediate fasting, and being a certified nutritionist later, I changed my nutrition wherever I could. I am a firm believer in the power of Intermittent Fasting, and I have incorporated this approach into my cooking philosophy. I believe that intermittent fasting is one of the best “diets” out there, as it allows the body to reset and heal itself while still enjoying delicious food.

The outcome of my new nutrition plan was beyond my expectation, I lost over 7 kg of unnecessary weight, two sizes in my chef jackets, and a huge win on positive aspects which I cannot describe in a few sentences.

As an Author, I have written a book that showcase my love for cooking and my unique approach to healthy food and habits. I believe in the power of food to bring people together and to nourish both the body and the soul. My book encourage readers to forget about diets and dieting and instead focusing on healthy habits without compromising the food they love.

All recipes are inspired by the travels I made and the career opportunities I took during my career!

Through this blog and book, I would like to share some of these easy and fast recipes as long as essential pieces of information, which can help you change your habits and to have a self-controlled healthy life.
