Sounds good, or? Well it’s not as easy as we would like to have that! The very personal and also intimidating topic “Weight Loss” influences most of the people in the Western countries sooner or later. So it’s also not a secret, that this industry makes billions of USD on revenue per year. But on a serious note, first of all: Forget Diets! Is it possible to put your weight loss on autopilot? And if yes, how?
The short answer: yes!

But how? Well this is the critical part which I will try to explain. The good thing I walked this path already for you, find more about it here.
Let’s start with the vision, when I was still working within well known hospitality brands, the corporate management provided us yearly with a vision, which my job was to break it down to the hotel and finally to my department. So far so good. But why?
Well, for most of the associates, it is important to have a proper communication and to share goals at the beginning of each year. There are also studies, that employees are likely more engaged with a brand, if they are having the feeling being valued and taken care.
At the Beginning there was a vision …of Weight Loss

What I mean with that, is to accept the status quo in the first place, creating and manifesting goals for the future. I always do it with a vision board, vision boards give you a clear direction for where you want to go in several areas of your life. Vision Boards by Canva.com can help you with that. The best location for your vision board should be a frequently used space. This can be on your desktop in a frame, or directly on your devices as a wallpaper.
Change your Food Habits
Our body is like an engine, meaning what ever we are “fueling” the engine with, will give us a certain outcome. Meaning: our body is the result of our food habits! We need to change our habits, in order to be sustainable successful and put our weight loss on autopilot. Which habits exactly and how to get positively “addicted” to these habits, that’s a longer way. The good thing, I went through the same way and would like to share it with as much as possible people. That’s why I decided to write a book about my habits and experiences I made along the way to success.
