- 0,5 pcs dragon fruit (pitaya), peeled, in cubes
- 0,5 pcs mango ripe/ soft, peeled, in cubes
- 1 pcs banana ripe/ soft, peeled, half of it in cubes, rest in slices
- 1 tbsp peanut butter without sugar or less sugar
- 5 pcs ice cubes
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Smoothie Bowl
Add frozen dragon fruit, mango, banana cubes, peanut butter and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. If this turn out difficult add a little bit water.
