Exotic Smoothie Bowl

Equipment

  • 1 blender high-speed
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 pan only to roast the coconut as decoration
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 knife sharp
  • 1 cutting board

Ingredients

  • 0,5 pcs dragon fruit (pitaya), peeled, in cubes
  • 0,5 pcs mango ripe/ soft, peeled, in cubes
  • 1 pcs banana ripe/ soft, peeled, half of it in cubes, rest in slices
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter without sugar or less sugar
  • 5 pcs ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

Preparation

  • Freeze the bowl. Freeze the cubes of the fruits. Roast the coconut flakes golden brown, let it chill down after. Have the goji berries and chia seeds ready.

Smoothie Bowl

  • Add frozen dragon fruit, mango, banana cubes, peanut butter and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. If this turn out difficult add a little bit water.

Plating

  • Have the smoothie mixture in the frozen bowl and top it with the banana slices, roasted coconut flakes, goji berries and chia seeds.
